The Sabinal Lions Club will be accepting applications from commercial, non-profit or private vendors who wish to have food, Arts and Crafts, merchansise sale etc. booths at the Wild Hog Festival and Craft Fair.
Exibit spaces will be in Sabinal's Live Oak Park.Participants will be able to unload at or near their booth. Booth spaces are available on Saturday and Sunday from 8.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M.All booths are outdoors.Electricity is available on request.

Space Assignment
Exhibitor spaces will be assigned by the Sabinal Lions Club on Saturday, March 24, between 7.00 A.M to 8.00 A.M. Assigned spaces will be for the duration of the two day show.
Setup
Exhibits must be setup no later than 8.00 A.M. on Saturday, March 24. All vehicles are allowed to park for setup purposes only until 7:45 A.M. Vendors must provide their own tables, extension cords, etc.
Minimum Hours of Operation
Food vendors will be open daily from 8.00 A.M to 4.00 P.M. Commercial exhibits must be open from 8:30 A.M to 4:30 P.M. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Take-Down Cleanup
Vehicles will not be allowed inside the Park until after 4:30 P.M. Please clean up your space prior to leaving to its original state. Anything left on the grounds after Sunday, March 26, will become property of Sabinal Lions Club.
Park Security
Lions Club,Sabinal will provide a night watchman for Saturday night however do not leave any craft or merchandise overnight. You may leave tables, chairs, canopies, etc. Lions will not be responsible for any items you choose to leave in the park on Saturday night.
Parking
Parking for exhibitors will be available Saturday and Sunday in the parking area west of the park grounds in the corner adjacent to West Collins & Houston Street.
Merchandise Sale Items
Exhibitors who exhibit or sale items which are determined by Lions Club to be offensive or harmful to others will not be allowed to rent a space. Exhibitor will be required to remove the booth from the grounds with no refund or space rental.
